Leading and coordinating with local, state, and federal partners on recovery and relief efforts for all communities affected by the Palisades Fire.

Emergency preparedness and response is a way of life in the Third District. Supervisor Horvath is committed to a strong and resilient recovery from the January 2025 Los Angeles County Wildfires.

LA County is leading the nation’s fastest natural disaster cleanup with state and federal partners. While we urgently remove debris, Supervisor Horvath is protecting our communities from price gouging and eviction, while investing $50 million and rising in household, small business, and worker relief grants.

As we rebuild, LA County must do so with climate resiliency in mind. Supervisor Horvath established a Blue Ribbon Commission on Climate Action and Fire Safe Recovery with independent experts to guide how we rebuild fast and smart given the 21st century reality of climate change.

Supervisor Horvath and the Third District team are here to support affected neighbors through every step of the recovery journey.
