The Board of Supervisors took action to ensure Arizona residents can access reproductive healthcare in LA County following the Arizona Supreme Court’s decision to uphold an 1864 ban on abortion.

Chair Horvath and her colleagues welcomed environmental champion and American actor Jane Fonda to their meeting to celebrate April 30 as ‘Jane Fonda Day’ in Los Angeles County.

Chair Horvath introduced an unanimously adopted motion bringing Los Angeles County closer to its goals of an expanded electric vehicle (EV) charger infrastructure, enhanced charger reliability, and a fully zero-emissions fleet by 2035.
