Yolanda Valadez serves as the Administrative Director for Supervisor Horvath and previously Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff under Supervisor Kuehl. She also worked for Supervisor Yaroslavsky since 2009 as Executive Secretary to the Chief Deputy and Justice Deputy, having joined the staff in February 2002 as Secretary to the deputies responsible for Children Services, Justice, Mental Health, and Media relations.

Prior to joining the LA County Board of Supervisors, she established herself in a series of positions with local non-profit social service organizations serving constituents in need and working closely with employers in the local communities. She resides in the San Gabriel Valley with her husband and has two wonderful young adult children.
