As Arts and Community Services Deputy, Rachel helps cover Public Works, Parks and Recreations, Animal Care and Control, Beaches and Harbors, Libraries, FilmLA, and the Agricultural Commissioner, Weights and Measures for Supervisorial District 3.  

Prior to joining the County, Rachel comes from the City of Los Angeles as a Homeless Outreach Coordinator at the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer. She previously served as a Field Deputy for Los Angeles City Councilmember David Ryu and a Deputy District Director for Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman. Rachel is a proud alumna of the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture Summer Arts Internship Program and lives in Silver Lake with her dog, Eli.
