As Legislative Affairs Deputy, Mike serves as a liaison between the Third District and all other levels of government. Additionally, he assists with the Office of Immigrant Affairs and the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.  

Before joining the Office of Supervisor Horvath, Mike worked at the federal level in the district offices of Congressman Adam Schiff and Congresswoman Janice Hahn. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, serves as a captain in the California Army National Guard, and is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles County, where he currently resides with his husband and their son.
