Karen Dominguez serves as the Field Deputy for Supervisor Horvath in the East San Fernando Valley office, overseeing community engagement in neighborhoods throughout the mid-valley. Prior to joining District 3, Karen worked with Los Angeles City Council Districts 6 and 13.

Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from California State University, Sacramento. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration at California State University, Northridge. As a lifelong Angeleno, Karen has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys spending her free time exploring nature.
