Juliana serves as an Administrative Assistant in Supervisor Horvath’s office. She was with previous County Supervisor Kuehl and has been serving the Third District since 2020.

Prior to joining the County team, she spent over 10 years in early child development helping all children reach their full potential by supporting the relationships and environments that shape early development.

Born and raised in San Fernando Valley, Juliana has worked in the public sector and has experience in all areas of administrative support and unparalleled dedication to meet the needs of our Third District constituents and communities. As an active community member and advocate, she is passionate and proud to serve the same district she grew up in.
