Jennifer Terman serves as a Constituent Advocate for the West/Metro Office and helps constituents with a variety of issues and challenges by navigating the complex County system, providing referrals to our partners in other government offices, and doing all possible to find solutions and provide support. She has a journalism degree with a minor in sociology from San Francisco State University. She leads with compassion and a focus on service and helping others. She loves her scruffy old rescue terrier and enjoys movies, comedy shows, live music, wine and nature.
