MEET JACEY CARTER
Constituent Advocate & Emergency Management Liason
Jacey Carter serves as a Constituent Advocate and Emergency Management Liaison out of the Calabasas Office of Supervisor Lindsey Horvath. She previously served as a Housing Information Coordinator and Community and Legislative Affairs intern for the City of West Hollywood. Prior to her experience in local government, Jacey worked on state campaigns and at a strategic communications firm.
Jacey graduated from Claremont McKenna College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in public policy and data science as well as played on the NCAA Women’s Basketball team, ranking 3rd in the nation for three-point percentage in her final season. Jacey also earned her Master of Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and received multiple FEMA certifications in Incident Management and Response. and the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
In her free time acey enjoys spending time playing in her rec basketball leagues, exploring new vegan restaurants, and attending live music shows.
