Emily Ellison serves as the Associate Policy Deputy for Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath, where she drives policy development in the areas of environment, arts, culture, and planning for the Third District. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California.

Before her current role, Emily was awarded the David Bohnett Fellowship in 2024, during which she worked in Supervisor Horvath’s office with a focus on environmental policy. Her previous experience includes positions at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and a public affairs firm, where she led policy analysis and strategic communications.
