As Communications Director, Constance oversees Third District communications, media relations, and digital platforms. Farrell is not new to the district having led public information for the City of Santa Monica for the past seven years. Before that, she was the communications director for the Alliance for Children’s Rights and the Los Angeles Conservancy – Los Angeles organizations with missions close to her heart. She holds a master’s in public administration from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s in journalism from Arizona State.
