Paulina Torres serves as the Constituent Advocate at the Office of Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath, where she leads the constituent caseload at the Metro West office. She holds two bachelor’s in Public Affairs, Education, and Chicanx and Central American Studies from UCLA, she proudly stands as a first-generation college graduate, a testament to her parents’ journey as immigrants and farmworkers. Paulina’s unwavering commitment revolves around delivering top-tier services to all constituents, drawing inspiration from her family’s experiences. Paulina has a strong background in quantitative and qualitive research, advocacy, and community engagement. Outside of her work, she loves to spend time with family and friends, attend sporting events, and play the guitar.
