MEET KIM PEREZ-SOLIS
Constituent Advocate - San Fernando Office

Kimberly serves as the East San Fernando Valley Constituent Advocate for the Office of Supervisor Lindsey Horvath, where she leads the constituent casework for the Valley region of the Third District. In close collaboration with her Constituent Advocate and ESFV regional team, she helps residents navigate County resources, access holistic services, and overcome barriers to essential government programs.
Prior to her role in the Supervisor’s Office, Kimberly served as an External Affairs intern in the Office of Attorney General Rob Bonta and as an appointed member of the first inaugural Olivia E. Mitchell LA City Youth Council, where she advocated for youth in Los Angeles City’s Council District 6. A native of the San Fernando Valley, she is a proud first-generation college graduate from UC Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a Ready to Launch Fellow alum.
Outside of work, you can find Kimberly traveling with her girlfriend, reading with her cat, or exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer.
