Ashley Ceballos-Hernandez serves as Justice Deputy for Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath, overseeing juvenile justice and youth development policies for the Third District. Prior to joining the team, Ashley worked with the City of Los Angeles Office of the City Administrative Officer, where she helped develop success metrics and response protocols for the City’s Unarmed Model of Crisis Response pilot program. Her experience also includes conducting research on higher education access and financial aid equity at the Public Policy Institute of California and the USC Pullias Center for Higher Education.

A Los Angeles native, Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs and Labor Studies from UCLA and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from USC. She is also an alumna of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs.
